Work out for a cause: Local Columbus boot camp plans charity event
Yun Fitness Bootcamps in Columbus is putting on a charitable event to raise money for Kya's Krusade to help children with physical disabilities and to help get you into shape!
COLUMBUS, OH, March 10, 2010 /Health and Fitness PR News/ -- Yun Fitness Boot Camps of Columbus, OH announces its third charity boot camp event, taking place on March 13, 2010. The boot camp will benefit Kya's Krusade, an organization that provides support, education, and assistance to children with physical disabilities.
The event will take place on Saturday, March 13, from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m., at Next Level Fitness and Training Center, 720 Cross Pointe Road, Gahanna. Participants donate a minimum of $15 to join the class, and 100 percent of the proceeds go to Kya's Krusade.
Participants can expect a great workout for a great cause. Trainer Jason Yun will take the class through a dynamic warm-up, two or three body weight intervals, and an 8-10 station circuit featuring resistance bands, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more.
