Survey Reveals SKY Cig as the Electronic Cigarette Brand with the Fewest Customer Complaints
A recent survey conducted by Smoking.com, the worldwide electronic cigarette review site, concludes SKY Cig as the e-cig company that stands out as having the fewest customer complaints. SKY Cig is an electronic cigarette provider that is currently exclusive to the United Kingdom, although they have recently announced plans to open trade in other European markets.
April 19, 2011 /Health and Fitness PR News/ -- A recent survey conducted by Smoking.com, the worldwide electronic cigarette review site, concludes SKY Cig as the e-cig company that stands out as having the fewest customer complaints in United Kingdom.
Marketing Director of Smoking.com, Eric Gibson states that "The use of electronic cigarettes can be complicated to first time users. There is also a vast difference in quality between companies providing these revolutionary devices. While many companies view customer satisfaction on [solicited] 'good feedback', we wanted to measure which brand has had the fewest customer complaints on a percentage basis". The criteria for brands to be included in the survey were:
1. To have been in business longer than 1 year
2. To have a customer base over 10,000
3. To have both email and phone support
After the survey was released, Smoking.com interviewed SKY Cig CEO, Sam Marks. "When we started this company, we knew we would be in this for the long haul, and wanted to build a brand around great customers and relationships. Before we ever had our first customer, we made sure we had an excellent support team (24/7 email and phone support) and processes in place. From there, we wanted to make sure we produced the best product on the market. Those 2 things combined made us confident that there would be satisfaction with every new customer." Smoking.com plans on doing "Top Brand Reports" for 58 countries where electronic cigarettes are currently available and pledges to be the forefront for news, reviews, and forum for the industry.
