On September 16, 2011 the court granted the Application of Plaintiffs' counsel for lead counsel and Plaintiffs' Steering Committee ("PSC"). Joseph A. Osborne, Esq., of Babbitt Johnson Osborne & LeClainche has been appointed to the PSC.
